In MySys each user logging in can see their task list of all current and pending tasks related to all pending sales or current projects in the system. In many cases clicking on the task will take the user to where they can complete the task - providing customised or generic tools to do so.

By working through their task lists , users keep each project progressing and ensure that no delays are caused by users overlooking their involvment in the project process.

MySys becomes the integrated environment for delivering every job successfully.

Predefined workflows are attached to jobs based on the nature of the goods and services being supplied. Before the job commences the project manager has the opportunity to review and adjust the tasks within the workflow based on specific job requirements. This job has difficult access, shorter lead times or additional environmental management - adjust the tasking to suit.

This means every job can have its own unique tasking structure. You can then perform analysis after the job has been completed with a view to adjusting the core workflow in advance of the next job that is similar.

With the planned addition of assigning tasks to subcontractors, managing the workflow and tasking during the job suddenly becomes much easier due to every task being able to be monitored and managed.
