Your MySys Mailbox operates like a regular email client, but with the benefits of including additional information, and quick linking emails into the relevant quote or job, improving work efficiency.

MySys works with you and your staff, no matter your communication preferences. You can alternatively use your regular email client and bcc MySys, having both notifications as well as replies automatically logged and linked against the appropriate project. MySys email can be integrated and synchronised with Office 365 Outlook accounts, Gmail and any SMTP accounts, and is also compatible with Yesware and other email tracking services.
